The most popular music festival in the region, Sea Dance originated as part of the Serbian rock festival Exit. Now it is a big independent event, some 50.000 music lovers visit it every year. In 2019 the festival comes to Buljarica beach near Budva.
The level of performers, good organization, cheerful atmosphere and picturesque landscapes of Montenegro brought Sea Dance to the top 10 European summer music events.
This year's headliners include French DJ and producer David Guetta, who has repeatedly received the title of best DJ in the world. Another star name is Sven Väth, German DJ and producer, a celebrity on the world techno scene. No less famous are the British-Canadian DJs Richie Hawtin — techno, ambient, and Robin Schulz from Germany — tropical house, pop and dance music. The brightest name of the Balkan scene is Darko Rundek, the former leader of the legendary Yugoslav rock band Haustor.
Visitors are offered a variety of ticket options: the price of 49 euros includes all concerts and accommodation, a one-day ticket costs 12 euros, VIP — from 70 euros.
