The Mala plaža is the Ulcinj city sand beach, around 300 meters long with a gentle water entrance. All the usual infrastructure (shower, changing rooms, toilet, shezlong rental) is there, as well as several cafes and restaurants.
The beach is popular among tourists and locals, so be prepared for a large crowd.
