The "Lovcenska vila" (Lovcensk's fairy) monument is located in Cetinje, near the Church of Vlaska. The monument was opened in 1939 and sculpted by the Montenegran sculptor Risto Stijovic.

The monument is dedicated to the tragic event that happened in 1915 during World War I. Over 500 Montenegrins that emigrated to the US and Canada returned to their home country to defend it against Austro-Hungarian forces. One ship with volunteers on board blew up on a mine near Albania's northern shore, killing over 300 people.
