The Rafaello beach is located in the Topla district of Herceg Novi. The beach is covered in pebble. There's a paid zone with shezlongs and umbrellas (starting at 5 Euros a kit), as well as a free zone for visitors with their own equipment. The beach has all the infrastructure needed: locker rooms, a shower with regular water and a free restroom. Several cafes, bars and restaurants operate nearby.
The beach is extremely popular with tourists, making it quite crowded at peak season.
