The fragments of Roman Necropolis in Budva were discovered in 1936–1938 during constraction of the Hotel Avala, just steps from the Walls of Old Town.
Most of found artifacts — gold and silver jewelry, coins, pottery vessels, metal objects such as weapons — are now on display at Budva City Museum.
