The Lovcen rope park is located on the grounds of the national park of the same name, in a place called Ivanova Korita. You can get there from Cetinje on the road to the mausoleum of Peter II Njegos on the Lovcen.
The park has 10 rope tracks of various difficulty. Children over 5 are allowed. All the necessary equipment is provided on-site, with trained experts looking over the tracks.
Fees are from 8 to 18 Euro depending on the difficulty and age.
