The former building of the Belgian consulate is located in Cetinje, near the etnographic museum.
Belgium and Montenegro established official diplomatic ties in 1910 and continued until 1914. Belgium anointed a famous Cetinje merchant Vuk Vuletic as its vice-ambassador, who worked from home.
Today his home belongs to Vuletic's descendants.
